The Whole House – Exclusive Hire of Ayers House. Imagine having an event where the whole house is yours for the day and the night. The Gardens and Glorious Rooms can be uniquely themed with superb catering and entertainment concepts for up to 1200 people

Henry’s Table – The brand-new Henrys Table and Bar opened on February 20 2019. Henry’s is a contemporary designed drinking and eating space featuring a “no rules” menu with Prix Fixe menu options. We feature more than 100 South Australian wines and have added a great value international wine selection. Prix Fixe Menus can also be served for groups of 10 or more in 4 stunning private rooms.

The Ballroom – It’s an Adelaide treasure and the most original room of the house. Feel the joy of celebrating in this room, built for parties under the exquisite hand-painted ceiling gleaming with gold leaf detail and two Waterford crystal chandeliers. Your guests will truly feel like they are dining in a private stately home! You can add the Library to the Ballroom for an additional breakout space. The Front Veranda or Grand Hallway is ideal for pre-dinner drinks.

The Conservatory – it’s all about glass and gardens, and the exposed bluestone walls giving a perfect rustic backdrop to the beautiful Victorian styled glass house which extends into the rose gardens. At night it sparkles under the fairy-light filled glass ceiling – perfect country elegance in the city! Coupled with The Coach House and Stables Bar, this self-contained space is incredibly adaptable for themed and socials events.

The Library – If walls could talk. Business, government and social groups have all enjoyed this room for its privacy and charm. From boardroom meetings, private seminars and opulent diners this room is set amongst the original bookshelves, fire place and large sash windows.

The Front Lawns – With the House as a backdrop, you could be in Country South Australia, yet you’re a stone from Adelaide’s Heart. The Lawns can be used with or without a marquee and the theming of our marquee can be as wide as your imagination.

Henrys Kitchen – Food Truck – We can come to your favourite place and serve quality Ayers House food and if required can also provide a full bar service. Ideally suited for cocktail events but also can be used for a more casual window service where guests can collect there food straight from the truck.
