Housed in the beautiful old Manse building on Tynte St in North Adelaide, Ruby Red Flamingo is an authentic, fun, Italian restaurant full of character.

Originally opened in 2012 as a “pop-up restaurant”, Ruby Red Flamingo proved so popular it has moved past “pop up” into more of an Adelaide dining destination.  Ruby Red is open Friday lunch and Wednesday – Saturday dinner. Exclusive function bookings are available at other times – especially Sunday lunches.

The cuisine as mentioned is Italian, with the emphasis on quality ingredients prepared in the simple Italian way and generally served to share. The menu style for groups is a sharing banquet of 4 courses in the Italian way: starters, pastas, mains and desserts.
